The Humidity Source Models SF-5 and SW-5 produce up to 5 lbs./hr. of water mist and come with (SF-5) and without (SW-5) inlet air filters. Air filters are recommended where industrial dust is present in the air. Water mist is created by centrifugal force from a simple high speed rotating disk and an internal fan dispensing a stream of fine moisture particles which travels only a few feet before evaporating completely into the surrounding atmosphere. Three dispensing domes are available providing 360 degree, two-way or one-way directional discharge of water mist. The Model SF-5 comes with the Humidity Source heavy duty primary air intake filter (not shown) and is especially recommended for applications in which the air may be laden with industrial dust.
